What To Expect
I assist clients in adopting new attitudes and feelings about various life situations. Therapy is a healing process that requires active participation and investment from both the client and therapist. I will implement personalized psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding, peace, and strength. Working together is the first step towards making significant changes.
No matter what stage of life you are in, I will work to support you in managing your stress, overcoming difficult transitions, or simply finding ways to achieve your goals. The changes you want to see will be made using the strengths you already have. To guide you, I offer services from a Cognitive Behavioral and Emotion-Focused therapeutic lens as well as provide EMDR.
In our sessions, we will work together to solve problems and improve both positive thinking and communication. I will use compassion and understanding to provide you with valuable tools to cope with whatever you present with. To support you when you have difficulty getting past sticking points in your relationship, I have training in Gottman’s Couple Therapy (Levels I & II).
Handling family conflict can sometimes feel impossible. Together we will develop ways to help you resolve problems, rebuild connections, and grow stronger as a unit. Whether you’re trying to manage co-parenting, blended family dynamics, or parent-child communication, I am here to help. If you are seeking services for young children, I have training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
